What we love about the boat is the amazing paddling characteristics and the weight. At only 37 lbs, anyone can handle the Santee. But don't think that you are buying a low performance boat. This kayak will paddle efficiently and can keep up with boats that are much longer in length.

We've always had folks wanting the self bailing open cockpit of a sit-on-top style kayak - but just couldn't stomach the weight. With most sit on tops in the 65lb range, it is a breath of fresh air to offer the Phoenix 120 at only 37lbs. Seven 2 Kayak Paddles

Native Watercraft now in stock at P&P

There's an emerging new kayak line in the industry that is really starting to take off in our area. Now, it's in stock at Pack and Paddle! Native Watercraft is a line of sit on top and hybrid kayaks with some unique features. Shown above is the Native Ultimate. This kayak is designed from the ground up to be a super-stable, but fast paddling boat that provides a great fishing platform. It differs from the normal crop of sit-on-tops in several ways. First, it features a tunnel hull design that places extra volume along the edges of the boat for rock solid stability. Next, they add the MOST COMFORTABLE seat in the industry. The seat can be removed and used on the shore when you are taking breaks. Lots of space inside the boat (instead of inside of hatches) allows you to easily access your gear. What makes the Ultimate a great fishing boat also makes it a great boat for photographers, birders and day touring paddlers as well.

Hydrapak Reversible Reservoir Hydration System.

We were excited to find a new hydration system that solve many of the problems of older systems. The Hydrapak is constructed with durable FDA approved Polyurethane. It comes with a lifetime no-leak warranty. The top of the bladder closes securely with a sliding clip. The combination of the wide opening and the supple material makes it possible to turn the Hydrapak inside out for easy cleaning and drying. The Hydrapak bladder can be used with or without the hydration hose and bite valve.
